Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

GRANTADO IS AN INFORMATION AND NOTIFICATION SERVICE ONLY. WE DO NOT APPLY FOR GRANTS ON YOUR BEHALF, GUARANTEE ANY OUTCOME, OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR RESULT OF ANY GRANT PROGRAM.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Grantado’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Grantado is a free email notification service. We monitor publicly available grant programs, funding opportunities, and related government and private initiatives and send subscribers email alerts about programs that may be relevant to their business based on the industry and state information they provide at sign-up.

Grantado does not:

  • Apply for grants or funding on your behalf.
  • Guarantee that any grant program is open, available, or that you will qualify.
  • Provide legal, financial, tax, or business advice.
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any grant information we send.
  • Have any affiliation with, or act on behalf of, any government agency or grant-issuing organization.

The service is provided free of charge. There is no subscription fee, hidden cost, or obligation.

3. Eligibility

To use our service, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate sign-up information. Our service is intended for owners or authorized representatives of small US-based businesses.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Signing up for Grantado alerts does not guarantee access to, eligibility for, or receipt of any grant, funding, tax credit, or other program. Grant programs change frequently; Grantado makes no representation that alerts are real-time, complete, or accurate at the time you receive them. You are solely responsible for verifying the current status, eligibility requirements, and deadlines of any program before taking action.

5. User Obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information at sign-up.
  • Not use our service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our platform.
  • Independently verify any grant information before relying on it or taking action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Grantado makes no warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any grant information provided.
  • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the service.
  • The suitability of any grant program for your specific business situation.
  • Any results you may or may not achieve by acting on information in our alerts.

Your use of the service and any action you take based on alert content is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grantado and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the service.
  • Any inaccuracy or omission in grant alert content.
  • Your failure to qualify for, receive, or successfully apply for any grant or funding program.
  • Any decision, action, or expenditure you make based on information received through the service.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if Grantado has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grantado’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $0, reflecting the fact that the service is provided entirely free of charge.

10. Termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware.
